Fake I.D. – Joyce Manor

Fake I.D. was the first single released from Joyce Manor’s new album titled ‘Cody’. Their album dropped and after a few listens, this track [Fake I.D.] is still my favorite. I’d highly suggest checking out the entire album if you get a chance, it really is something special.

F.U.B.U – Solange ft. The Dream and BJ The Chicago Kid

This track comes off of Solange’s new album ‘A Seat at the Table’. While of course this whole album is beautiful piece of work from Knowles, this track for me is a standout tune. Listen to the song here and check out the whole album as well because trust me you will want to after you listen to this song.

Wave(s) – Lewis Del Mar

Indie-pop duo “Lewis Del Mar” released their debut, self-titled album on October 7. I love slow, experimental electronic tracks. This song combines indie rock with electronic to create a heavy and sultry instrumental that, when paired with intelligent lyrics, will make you fall in love.

Blow Your Mind (Mwah) – Dua Lipa

I’m a sucker for good pop song. Dua Lips deliverers one of the catchiest pop songs of the year. The lingering beat drop makes the chorus is so infectious. There’s nothing better than pump up song to get you going in the fall. Plus Dua Lipa’s accent husky R&B vocals are powerful.

Panama – Sports

The musical transition from Summer jams to Autumn tunes can be difficult to accomplish smoothly. Panama by Sports is a fantastic little tune that has a fun rhythm and catchy chorus yet gives that euphoric feeling that fits perfectly with the falling leaves. Sports is possibly one of my favorite recent finds and I’m upset I wasn’t exposed to them sooner.

Boyfriend – Family Hahas

This is such a great upbeat song, despite the fact hat they’re singing about not being good enough. #supportlocalbands

Moving To New York – The Wombats

This is one of the first songs to really hook line & sink me on the wombats 7 years ago. The lyrics and all around vibe of the song gives me that determined and motivated feeling to do whatever my little heart desires. Perfect for any day week or month.
